Mandy Bagot - Founder, managing director and creator of the Prism process

Mandy is responsible for the ongoing development of the Cloud Bookkeeping franchise, recruiting new bookkeeping franchisees, building up relationships with accountants, bank managers, clients and managing national accounts. She also helps with on going training and meets our bookkeepers regularly. She also continues to update the Prism process in line with changes in the accounting profession and with cloud technology.
Mandy is a qualified Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has over 27 years of bookkeeping and accountancy experience gained in industry with John Lewis, in commence with Dun & Bradstreet and in practice with three accountancy practices, the last where she was a partner for 11 years, leaving practice in 2008, to research setting up a bookkeeping franchise, based on her bookkeeping company she had started in 2002, along side her practice. Mandy has been working with sage software for over 18 years and was asked by sage to beta test their 2010 version.
Mandy is a director of the voluntary organisation EWIF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) and is often asked to speak at the ICB, Business Start up Show, The Franchise Show, Lloyds Bank potential franchisors events and as guest speaker at annual conferences of other franchises.
Nikki Butlin - Business development director

Nikki helps our bookkeepers with client relationships, on going support and developments in new bookkeeping products. She joined the Cloud Bookkeeping franchise in 2012 and has over 19 years experience as a business owner and director of various companies. She set up and managed the accounts and administration departments of these companies, often heading a team of staff, training them to use sage software, having over 19 years experience of using sage herself. She also has the AAT Level 2 Award in Bookkeeping. During the 2 years to 2011, Nikki was the franchise development director of a conservatory cleaning franchise and helped set up the franchise ready to go to market.
Heather Hartley - Support Manager

Heather helps with training and support and is a part qualified CIMA accountant, who is experienced in using sage, quickbooks and pastel accounting softwares. She built up 23 years experience of bookkeeping in various accounting roles in South Africa and in 2000 decided to set up her own bookkeeping practice. Since coming to the UK in 2002, she has held the positions of senior accountant in several companies increasing her total bookkeeping and accounting experience to an impressive 34 years!
Arvin Appaya - Product development director

Arvin researches new cloud based products directly linked to the bookkeeping industry and also helps with franchisee recruitment and support. Arvin is a part qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience of bookkeeping and accountancy who trained in practice before going into industry where he held several positions of Finance Director in multi million pound companies. He has also run his own companies. Arvin has an in depth knowledge of sage, quickbooks and cloud based softwares.
